Why Padi Academy
What Sets Our Approach Apart
Grounded in Malaysian Realities
All worked examples use MYR amounts, EPF considerations, Malaysian bank products, and the real cost pressures of Klang Valley households.
Licensed Counsellors, Not Sales Agents
Our consultations are delivered by licensed financial counsellors. They are paid to advise — not to sell you a product.
Paced for Working Adults
Evening webinars and weekend workshops mean you do not need to take time off work. Sessions are recorded for review at your own pace.
Written, Printable Materials
Workbooks, budget templates, and stress-scenario sheets you can complete with a pen. Clear, written plans you can return to without a screen.
Small Groups, Real Conversations
We keep cohorts small so you can ask questions that matter to your household — not sit through content built for a generic audience.
Respectful Tone, Always
We understand that talking about money at 40 can feel vulnerable. Our educators are trained to engage with care, patience, and complete discretion.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these courses suitable if I have no financial background?
Yes. We designed these courses specifically for people who did not study finance and may feel behind. We start from the basics — what an emergency fund actually is, how much you need, and where to keep it — before moving into more detailed planning.
What if I can only save a small amount each month?
That is a perfectly reasonable starting point. The courses are built around the idea that steady, modest contributions compound over time. Our educators will help you find a realistic amount that works alongside your current obligations — not against them.
Are the consultations included in the course fee?
Yes. Every course includes at least one phone consultation with a licensed financial counsellor. The Strengthening Household Resilience course includes two private consultations, and the Comprehensive Programme includes a dedicated planner for its full four-month duration.
Are the sessions held in person or online?
Most content is delivered as evening webinars that you attend from home. The Strengthening Household Resilience course also includes small-group workshops held in the Klang Valley. All sessions are recorded so you can review them at your own pace.
How do I know which course suits my situation?
We encourage you to get in touch first. A short call with our team — at no cost — helps us understand your household picture and point you toward the course that fits best. There is no pressure to enrol on the call.
What is the payment arrangement?
Course fees are paid in full before the first session. We accept online banking transfer and credit card. For the Comprehensive Programme (RM 1,400), instalments across two months may be arranged — please ask our team about this when you enquire.
