5. Data Protection Measures
- All consultation notes are stored in encrypted files with access restricted to the assigned practitioner and the Padi Academy principal only
- Website forms transmit data over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
- Access to personal data is restricted to staff with a legitimate operational need
- In the event of a data breach, affected individuals will be notified within 72 hours of discovery, in line with PDPA obligations
